Requirements for Full Time Driver
Benefits
Drawbacks
You can’t start this job if you are already broke.
Depending on what day in the month you start, you may need to invest nearly $500 in fuel before you see your first check.
Independent contractors do not receive workers compensation coverage, employer provided health insurance, unemployment insurance, paid sick days, paid vacation, or similar benefits.
You will put a lot of miles on your vehicle.
Regular maintenance is very important.
Your income may fluctuate greatly.
Some days you will make amazing money, other days you may make next to nothing. Some pay periods will be strong, and others weak. You will not get the best runs during your first 30 days, as our dispatchers assess your ability to get time sensitive materials delivered on time. Most of our drivers either quit within the first 30 days, or stay on for several years. But if you are patient, follow instructions and are available, a respectable income can be earned.
Friendly and energetic individuals with reliable vehicles are encouraged to apply in person at Dependable Delivery, 501 Metroplex Dr, Suite #206 during regular business hours.
